Peri Peri Base Marinade 10kg

A flavoursome blend of herbs and spices, to add a depth of flavour to chicken, without heat. This base also tenderises the meat before cooking. Accompany with any JJ Peri Peri baste sauce, to enhance the flavour of your food. Simply mix the flavouring with water and oil, until it becomes a sauce, then apply to the chicken. Leave for 12-24 hours in the fridge, prior to cooking.

USAGE INFO :

Cooking/usage instructions: Mix 20 g of powdered peri peri marinade with 20 g of water and apply the paste on 1 Kg of chicken and rub well until all the product is visibly coated with the marinade. Store the marinated chicken in a fridge.
